• A new performance framework to assist with governance and ensuring value for money will be implemented.

• The regular reports form His Majesty’s Inspector of Constabularies Fire and Rescue Services make recommendations for improving policing in Suffolk. These are important recommendations to consider and must assist in delivery of the new police and crime plan.

• The annual Force Management Statements will assist in shaping the new Police and Crime Plan.
